CodeConcepts, LLC was founded in 2021 by Guy Hurst to provide technical analysis services centered on conceptual design, which is where adaptable stability comes from.
With the recent disruption from AI advances, this work takes on new dimensions. At this point, the most pressing question for many businesses appears to be what AI advances are doing to their relevancy and profitability in a marketplace being reshaped by these advances, particularly as their competitors begin to adopt them.
That question is what current offerings address.
This engagement examines a business's exposure to AI-driven change in its market: what competitors are doing, where the business is most exposed, and what it can choose to do about it. The output is a written briefing the business can actually use.
